This massage is a woman’s well being massage where I work on your lower and upper back , your butt cheeks ( as we hold alot of stress in them )
Your upper chest, underneath your ribs and sternum to create space , your lower and upper abdomen.
All the time shifting stuck stagnant energy that may have been created by emotions that we haven’t allowed ourselves to deal with, i work through some of your emotional trigger points. All of this is so nourishing for your body , you will walk away feeling so light and complete , you will feel like you can breathe more deeper , more relaxed and completely nourished.
